Orlando’s customer service is exceptional! Very recently I had a question regarding a peril coverage by my policy. Orlando took his time over the phone to first, find the section that details that coverage in my policy and then spent about 20 minutes explaining it to me until I had a clear understanding of not only what’s covered by the policy, but also the reasoning behind it in the insurance industry. Very few agents do that. Erie’s very lucky to have Orlando as one of their agents. He is one of a kind!
